2.3 Complaints

2.3.1

Every effort is made to ensure that all students have a positive experience during their time at 51³Ô¹ÏÍøºÚÁÏ. However, students can make a complaint if they are dissatisfied with an aspect of their experience.

2.3.2

51³Ô¹ÏÍøºÚÁÏ maintains a Complaints Procedure which sets out the process for students to make a complaint, and for how 51³Ô¹ÏÍøºÚÁÏ will deal with it. This procedure adheres to the .

2.3.3

Students may submit a complaint relating to any aspect of their experience whilst a student at 51³Ô¹ÏÍøºÚÁÏ. However, concerns about 51³Ô¹ÏÍøºÚÁÏ policy or governance should be raised through the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøºÚÁÏ Students’ Union.

Once the Complaints Procedure has been concluded, students who do not feel their case has been resolved adequately may refer matters for external review to the .
